no there is no public record but the bod meets annually in the beginning of march to review and discuss the 10k and vote on compensation and other matters
if an r/s is announced it will include the day the bod authorized it
the mgmt get raises and bonuses just for keeping the co afloat
i cant recall one projection by damaje that has been accurate
not a one
