Best case???

So what happens to QMC in the highly likely event that by the end of the second and third quarter, QMC is up-to-date with all SEC K's and Q's, has agreements with film makers and purchasers of product, and more joint ventures AND wins the court cases?
Where would we stand in 6-12 months? Realistic objective opinions with biases aside if possible.
I would like to hear the NON-kool-aid drinkers opinions also if they can do so objectively.
