Worst case???

So what happens to QMC in the highly likely event that by the end of the second and third quarter, QMC still fails to report, has no agreements with any film makers, or purchasers of product, and no deals to sellout AND losses the court cases?
Where would we stand in 6-12 months? Realistic objective opinions with biases aside if possible.

I would like to hear the kool-aid drinkers opinions also if they can do so objectively. Worst case.
