Who says a guy is a convicted felon 30 times in a single lawsuit?
No matter what Blackbeard really was , to say something like that over 30 times is mind bending.
Then ask for the hard drive back because it demonstrates collusion And the presumption of guilt without representation.
How this has not already been thrown out is beyond me
You can BET your last penny that if the judge does go with the hallin call for summary judgement, their lawyer will appeal to a higher court.
That is where this is headed and it is getting more expensive each day and month and year
