To be clear, because I'm a bit confused by your post and am just seeking clarity...

You think the the DSM Board looked at the trial, saw efficacy in PFS, recommended stopping the trial but the company subsequent refused to do so (for any multitude of reasons), stating they wanted to take the trial all the way to the confirmatory end with OS; and in doing so diluted your investment by a ton, and delayed the development of Direct.

Is that what you are thinking happened?
