"The Notes cannot be exchanged or redeemed early and will be cash-settled at maturity. The amount of cash payable on the Notes at maturity will be based on the volume-weighted average price of the common stock of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The Notes will be issued with a minimum purchase of $100,000 and in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof at an issue price of 105% of the face amount of the Notes. Settlement and delivery of the Notes is expected to take place on April 23, 2018."
