Allergan will not make bid for Shire, CNBC reports
After Allergan (AGN) confirmed earlier today that it is in the early stages of considering a possible offer for Shire plc (SHPG), CNBC's David Faber reported on air that sources have told him that the Botox maker will not be making a bid for Shire. Allergan shares have come off their lows following Faber's report
