It could be, but I believe it is more likely the convertible promissory notes holders that are converting to common at a 45% discount to market based on the average of the three lowest priced trades over a 20 day period of time that are selling and making a nice profit. Their current exercise price is .00273 based on the last 20 days.

Add to that any vendors accepting and getting paid in stock that want immediate cash.
