Reading the SEC report, it looks like the individuals or companies being referenced, such as JMJ Financial, a known toxic lender, were debt holders who were being repaid via the issuance of BLNK stock. Of course there were also references to shares being delivered to insiders.
TAUG participated in the private placement, but did not hold any BLNK debt.
