Lattice at one time had a first-mover advantage in their niche industry. Now the company is poorly run, losing nearly all their contracts and is facing multiple lawsuits. ALPP could have turned things around by replacing management but it didn’t want to take on a company facing lawsuits which put its financial future in jeopardy. I think it was a nice move by management to walk away rather than trying to force a deal through.

I can’t understand why this stock just does’t move. Financials looked good, revenue growth was great and guidance seems light and can easily be beaten. This stock should be a triple just on the news yesterday. They need to continue acquiring and building revenue to a point they are large enough to expand the management team and operate for the long-term.

I am considering adding again to my position because it just is too cheap here. I think we will see a jump in volume and attention with the RedChip deal but I have had little success with RedChip companies in the past. They often bring shorterm attention but do very little to add to shareholder value in the longterm.
