more misinformation. asher won zip. considering they didn't disclose bilateral consent decree in which they agreed to NOT own/acquire/receive shares in public companies.. that's fraud. likely goes federal imo. no nails in coffin. reason for suspension was asher pr imo. dbmm not in the business of destroying shareholders, that's what asher does by wrongfully suing the company during an sec required re-audit due to fault of auditor (all auditor clients needed to redo audits per sec directive). this has all been discussed countless times on this board. go dbmm go
