Watching this now for the last year and seeing what I remember is 5 failed promises concerning audit completion, of which the last one was after he said he was done promising timelines, then he literally did it again..aaaaannnndddd he blew it again.

I can't help but to think concerning financials, I think they are likely a mess and he is clueless about the process excitedly jumping to conclusions and making promises. This guys acjike.
