LOL laraz, 16% loss on light volume, so what?

Lets go back to basic math.

As of right now, ONCX, according to the S1/A filed today, will have an O/S of 193M.

I have been using an O/S of 200M in anticipation of the notes.

200m O/S x .023 gives the company a market capitalization of $4.6M.

Real traders know that a pre-revenue phase one biotech, participating in FDA clinical trials can support a market capitalization of over $100M.

The potential for Oncolix to see 1000-2000% gains remains unchanged.

If we include the preferreds that will eventually convert 1:1 into commons, we arrive at an O/S of roughly 250M, giving ONCX a market cap of only $5.7M.

Even with the S1/A and the relatively small amount of dilution from the notes, ONCX shareholders are still looking at a potential gain of 1000%-2000% gain.

Scared money is selling. Smart money is loading based on mathematical facts and potential positive outcomes.

I suspect everyone knows the players at this point.

LOL, IMO and FWIW.
