STUPID company.
They can't even maintain computers - it's sad that a so-called "revolutionary" mom's & pop's joint allows hackers to issue a very funny (!) P.R. about buying out a failure of an "Oil, Gas, & Pharmaceutical" company, which has zilch todo w/ High-frequency electronics, that AmpliTech Inc. is.
yes, a Group that AMPG is can become a conglomerate, like GE was in all kinds of disparate businesses, but you know they can barely maintain own subsidiary Amplitech Inc. and all it is a shell for one & single small company. He once offered me to buy MY employer, well, my boss was laughing his pants out after hearing it/
What you don't know, it's mroe sad than funny b/c in Summer2010 he almost got into Brainwaves "business" but the partner company turned out to be a con artist with a Chinese named "Dr. Chow" involved & Brent Fouch of Jedi Mind, who was since sued to he** by LucasFilm for misuse of a trademark ("Jedi'), then was an Irish businessman with his autistic if not outright insane son who was in Metal Recycling - and surely Amplitech went along with him too. Did you know?
Anyways, here is a fact:
It is quite opposite - best Amplitech can do, is not buy someone, but get bought by someone before it loses value further & CEO gets older than critical age after which you just wanna stay in bed & play with grandkids.
I swear I know what's best for Amplitech because Iam such a.... well, OK.
Seriously, if somone buys Amplitech say for $20 Million, that would be ONE & BEST outcome for its aging officers including CEO, Iam not sure about Louisa b/c she's there b/c she can't get any better, pathetic salary too. people 10 years younger make like 3x more than she being a CFO !!
