Now because of the audit institutional investors and people on the sideline are more likely to invest IF the fundamentals and business model of the company align with their investment strategy and IF they believe it's a company worth investing in. If I owned a failing business and had an audit what do you think would happen to my share price? It instantly reverses course now because of the audit, absolutely not.
