LLC is holding company of Carter's shares.

Plus, an LLC limits his liability if for some unforeseen reason, things go south.

Carter has controlling interest.

The share numbers, as referenced multiple times, are:

>> I/O = 1,614,601,069 shares
>> Float = 663,868,192
>> LLC == 950,732,877 (in all probability)

We all have and trade the same common shares of UnifiedOnline, Inc. (UOIP)

It's not much different than if your shares reside in an IRA, which is a seperate legally structured instrument, and you trade them. Carter's happen to be in an LLC.

Finally, the other numbers referenced, mostly Sch 13D, were when Carter took control a few years ago. Clearly, the 99%, 90%, etc. are no longer current.

The Transfer Agent disclosed all current shares issued (which equals the outstanding), as well as, the float. The difference, in all probability, is Carter's portion.

Simple enough, especially for the self-proclaimed investment banker. smile

UOIP, UOIP, UOIP. All together now!
