total nonsense. judge did no such thing. you can't file a 10k without the trial balance from the previous year. to be compliant you have to file sequentially. consolidated report, the super 10k, is special in that it is 1 report that covers all the years, 3 in this case, that are needed to be caught up.. otherwise companies would not file for 2 years, then just file a 'current' Q and be done with it. go dbmm go
