Bobwins: I agree on the reverse split, but I don't quite follow your logic on the equity issuance. It's dilutive to shareholders; are you okay with it because you're hoping any returns we may get would outweigh that dilution? I guess I follow, but regardless of any implications of the financial health of the company should they issue more equity, additional issuance like this is never a positive for shareholders. They're essentially financing the company by siphoning out money from shareholders.

Again, I can understand trusting Seitz' buy-in here, but share dilution is really, really not in our best interest. I'm not saying I'd sell because it would be easily outweighed by price appreciation should this take off, but I'd obviously rather they find another way here
