For them to authorize all of these shares at a pps of .10 it could adequate to roughly 40 million dollars "IF" issued. "IF" Virtra recieved a 23 million dollar order from the marines how much cash on hand would we need to build and deliver these units? I'm guesing about 9 million(40%) of it including parts, labor and training. that would be 1/4 of the newly authorized shares...they also want to proceed with acuisitions. hypothetically could they be authorizing all these shares because they don't know where the pps will be when all these activities take place? I'm not sure if my #'s are correct so please correct if I'm wrong

I'm upset right now because I'm double guesing what the h*** they are doing. If any one would like to discuss why they think need to do this I would like to hear from you. I
