I stuck my toe in the water but just on 290 units, using spare change from the wife's IRAs. CB is $6.14 so I obviously got lucky in terms of entry.

I've got plenty of dry powder but other than for a major position in NGL I'm reluctant to add units to other picks as I'm expecting a strong market swoon. These events tend to occur fairly soon after my instincts begin to warn me.

NYRT scares me but I know next to nothing about it. You do and that's all that matters.

Meanwhile, I'm here and watching.
