This 10K is basically a regurgitation of last years 10K which in essence means that the company has spent multiple millions and not progressed at all.
They are now looking for 3X dilution for basically spinning the wheels of their current trials.
1) DCVAX-L Trial. Unblind date is unknown. We are all so blind now we are prepared to blindly vote "yes" to 3X dilution and massive board compensation with absolutely no idea when and if this trial will ever end. Meanwhile competitors are able to get statistical evidence after 10.5 months not 10.5 years. If this represents the Holy Grail of cancer cure then we the investors are the Monty Python crew looking for the Holy Grail while the rest of the world laughs at us.
2) DCVAX-D Trial. No progress at all. Even though this trial spread fear into BP's supposedly, NWBO in all it's infinite wisdom have decided it is so damn good it is not worth pursuing any more.
3) DCVAX-L Combo Trials. Continual cycle of delay after delay. No progress at all except another note from the company informing it's legion of salivating investors that they will have to wait another 6 months. The blind donkey is finding it very hard to sniff out this carrot anymore.
4) DCVAX-L Blinded Interim Paper by 67 scientists. Where is that "DAMN" paper, most likely being used as toilet paper in the yet to be completed manufacturing facility in Sawston owned by Advent which is owned by whom. Well who the hell knows except the person using the manuscript as toilet paper. Now that person has more knowledge than all us dumb blind investors hoping and praying for a golden carrot that at some point in the future be delivered by the esteemed and honorable CEO of NWBO.
Still waiting on news patiently and hoping that all of us longs on this board wont have to munch on those damn carrots for much longer because that s**t is getting old.
