My guess is that 90-95% of those holding the stock, turned them in for a tax write off....... not the smartest move on the chess board....... Once the stock is relisted, we will have quite a few empty chairs at the table...... I believe that this was a move which was planned quite a while ago. Russian military is as active as ever in the region....... China will need to build the canal for economical and military reasons. It does not matter what the local farmers have to say, this will be decided by those in power. Checkmate!!!!!!!!
