Silver-- If every there was an intermediate term technical set up that is "seething with upside combustion potential," it is the attached Silver futures chart, which shows a huge rounded base formation that is pushing up towards a confrontation with a near-two year resistance line, that if hurdled and sustained, will point Silver to $20 in a hurry...
