The filing is a formality. What is done in the board room is done. If they voted to devalue the Preferred B shares, then it is done. Just because they haven't filed the vote yet dont mean shinola. As a Corp myself. I can vote something in or out, somebody in or out or whatever. My filing authority only expects an update annually. Case closed!!!!!
