Toevs says that he is not working with/for JAMN. Period. He is selling a product called "Jammin Java".

The current CEO had neither the expertise, nor the time to come up with a coffee, roast, grind, package and sell it.

He had no capital to work with - JAMN owes millions to the Marley family and the SEC.

Unless you can prove that JAMN made the coffee, you can't state it as a fact.
