Hi Toofuzzy, Can't agree with you more when you say:

Get rid of corporate taxes.

Corporations don't pay taxes, we do when we buy their goods, after all taxes they pay are just the cost of doing business, part of overhead, and gets added to what we pay in the end.

In my view, all taxes need to be simplified because that means it is easier to do them, and it costs less to collect them, but accountants and lawyers will resist because it means less work for them.

Last time I looked there were over 77,000 pages in the IRS tax code, over 4,000,000 words. If you think there aren't any mistakes or "special favors" in it, I've got a bridge to sell you, and it's only broken down once. :>
