so for a scenario if CEO bought up 1.5 Billion shares at around .0001 and .0002.
We accumulate the rest.
stock goes 1 cent when it is announced by PR the amount CEO has of shares.
Then he makes some resrticted...say 500 mil
then he deletes the rest he owns
we would not need an RS and he would own the majority of the company
and we see 50 cents
there are many ways CEO can do this in order to protect his interest (the amount he is putting into the company)

either way, going to be loading the next few months.

CEO put out that PR so that we know what his plan is. So i think he goes silent from here until he has what he wants
