Tues' Down To 7 Again.

As usual, notes made before judges comment, scoring again 0 to 10.0.

Caleb Lee Hutchinson - Didn't care for the song, but Caleb did well with it. 8.5

Ada Vox (Adam) - Sang the song well, but too much dram and still very Broadway. 7.0

Maddie Poppe - Kind of slipped into the background here but still a decent effort. 8.0

Ron Bultongez - You could tell he was not comfortable with the song choice, but still he did well. The man has got to stop singing through a lazy upper lip if he wants us to truly hear him. 7.5

Amelia Hammer Harris - She has a good voice and again sang very well. However, I don't like her tone, haven't from the start. 8.0

Shannon O’Hara - Another good performance. 8.0

Alyssa Raghu - She sang 'down to the the weaker duet partner. 7.0

Marcio Donaldson - A favorite song of mine, I really enjoyed the performance. However, needs to emote more and drop the vocal 'tactics.' and just sing. 8.0

Jurnee - Best of the night thus far, I rally liked this. 10.0

Garrett Jacobs - This was fantastic, the show is heating up, loved it. 10.0

Mara Justine - A new Best Of The Night, this was a very strong performance of true talent. 10.0

Effie Passero - A very good showing, man this girl can sing. 9.5

There is some serious talent here and like last week, a lot of good voices are going to be sent home; the competition is great and some really good singers are not going through. I am sure the judges will not agree, but I would send home: Ada, Alyssa, Amilia, Marcio and Ron.

Judges send home: Alyssa, Amelia, Effie Passero, Shannon O’Hara and Ron Bultongez.

Wow! I disagree with the judges for sure, Ada should not have gone through; I see PC choices are getting some attention here. Sadly this is what I was afraid of this when it was announced that AI would be going to one of the big three. frown
