This is not moving until the Ticker/Symbol change is announced IMHO. I think most folks would agree with that. I also think the contract news is already ready to go. I think the catalyst for the contract news to be released will be the announcement of the Ticker/Symbol change. In the mean time, it's about about remaining patient and accumulating more if you can. It's the calm before the storm. Go ANDI/UTOP and GLTA!
