Initial due diligence is back from the Playboy Club owner - environmental reports, engineering, appraisals, etc. - a lot of data.
Meeting Libra Wednesday to discuss offer/ next steps.
As I stated last week, talks resumed after Thursday to purchase the debt. Hard offers were made by two groups yesterday and we're waiting on Carebourn and the buyers to paper it up for review and closing. I should have documents today as per Carebourn.
