A simple choice as I see it.

Either you believe that LP is the nefarious villain from Enron who learned her evil wares and is basically repeating that debacle here i.e. the emperor has no clothes, this is a failed trial and she is trying to squeeze every dime out of it to only enrich her and and her family and friends so that they can sail away to an unchartered isle and live happily every after out of the clutches of the SEC, FBI and FDA.

Or you believe that she has had to survive unsurmountable odds against the honorable and fair BP and FDA and the entire SOC based on chemo/radiation/poisons underground and add to that the fair and helpful shorters related to the stock market. And when she used to PR positive announcements it was never attacked by AF&Co and nobody shorted the stock. Her decision to change the way she did business was a pure business decision because it was obvious the attacks were not going to go away. An effective manager changes or adapts inorder to survive.

I believe in the latter, I believe she is keeping a low profile and silent in order to make it through the war and survive another day to come out and announce irrefutable evidence in an already hostile environment. The announcement will survive all attacks and allow NWBO to rise from the ashes. If the market cannot see this it doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. The market doesn't care about anything other than immediate money scores and anything else is not of interest to them. The story will be told by LP and she will be on the cover of Time magazine as the ultimate warrior/survivor.

This is all my opinion.
