Don't be misled Woody! The talk about dilution when it has increased and will increase the net value of the stock, but not telling the whole story is an attempt to mislead. Calling Zion a scam when the Israeli government watches and approves every move Zion makes and allows it and encourages it with their blessing is an insult to Israel. That isn't something that is smart to do. People realize that Israel isn't going to allow a scam like that to exist and bless Zion the way that they have!!
