2 Big Positives from 10K:

1. Company reduced Authorized shares to 50 Million from 10.8 Billion.

2. Raised $200,000; from issuing a million shares at 20 cents; from a private investor. I'm sure as charlie tweeted; they probably raised another $200,000 at 20 cents. Not chump change. Any investor would need to be confident about future happenings before dropping such amounts.

I'm good with the stock staying at buying/ accumulating levels at this time.

These 2 items though not seen as exciting; are definitely IMO very good forward signs.

I will keep buying as able to; especially under 10 cents.
If a private investor or 2 can buy and hold at 20 cents; then anything under seems like a good deal IMO.
