Hi All,

A cry for help if I may....

I am using AIM software that I bought a few years ago. The major problem is eveytime I try to update the prices from the net, it states that the price was not updated - I dont know why. This means I cant so I cant update prices automatically nor undertake any historical analysis.

I have contacted the Canadian company I bought it from about the problem but they have never bothered to contact me and offered any solutions. After 3 times, I have given up.

Is there anyone who can advise me what is wrong.

I have to update prices manually and with a large portfolio it takes a lot of time.

I have shares on the FTSE, ASX, and Us markets.
