PTAB only has one way to justify their funding, that’s why this is never a slam dunk.

Legally, I think we are ok. Arris only had one way to do this and by mentioning this in their financials long ago and up until now, they lost that opportunity in my opinion. You can’t claim ignorance when it’s in writing.
