USRM UNDER SEC INVESTIGATION MARCH 31, 2018..SUBPOENA...

USRM, U.S. Stem Cell Inc, Sunrise FL, a "stem cell" company just released their SEC 10-K, and slipped a line or two in, how they're now under a SEC INVESTIGATION.

This company is already operating with a FORMAL FDA WARNING LETTER..a very serious one...now they just let the world know...thee SEC, the FEDS are poking around and not "casually" but via SUBPOENA into their screw-ball little operation out of Florida.

They're in DEEP SH%^T now....the SEC DOES NOT "casually" issue SUBPOENAS and use the term "INVESTIGATION"...to get that far a long...the SEC has been looking at a company for a Looooooong time and has a file on um already, probably as thick as a small phone book (remember phone books, LOL!)

It's a 7 CENT POS...not sure if anyone here is shorting penny slop like this mess....but the SEC and the FDA may polish this off before too long IMO....and it's gonna go back to TRIPLE ZEROS by then...or just BK from legal fees and/or legal charges IMO.....it's grim.....
