Non-reporting penny CEO's say alot of things...but then they can say whatever they want for the most part.
Maybe Green bought a convertible note from the company?
But had Green made an actual investment in the company, you would think they would be shouting it from the rooftops! LOL.
I have never ever known a penny stock to keep good news...ANY good news... quiet.
Some even go so far as to make it up....
