That kind of high level ambiguous language could be used of course. It has been made clear to AVXL that shareholders are pissed and that a high speed fly by of RETT trial details would not be taken well by shareholders.

We'll see I guess. We do know that they are aware of our/shareholder concerns and of the high of interest level in RETT schedule in particular.
