No they don't....I raised $600k several years back to start my own business. We'll do over $20M in revs this year and millions in net income ;)

Further, the lack of financing due to the elimination of the toxic financiers will benefit the penny investing public as it will essentially be survival of the fittest in the penny market and more traditional VC/growth capital will flow to the strong companies with superior management teams and business models....like ANDI/UTOP.
