As I have been led to believe it's simply a 2 story office building where other "mail drop" types of offices are located along with an operator style telephone area answering phones according to entity/company that owns that number. Also offers limited seating conference rooms if one of the renting entities desires to hold a meeting. What does this have to do with the present situation? I have no idea except Bluefields does appear once or twice as I searched Abraham Blauvelt who, according to Wikipedia, was a Dutch privateer and explorer mapping much of Central America in the 1630s, after whom both the Bluefield River and the neighboring town of Bluefields, Nicaragua were named.
