Blair, IMO PN gave himself options for 130,000 shares at $1.84 (1.3 million pre-split shares @ 19 cents) with 10 years to convert. To convert the options it will cost PN roughly 240k. If the stock pps hits $10 (1 dollar pre-split) he makes a million bucks

Essentially another bonus of stock. Unbelievable! He has driven the market cap down below 20 million and takes more compensation.

The hubris is breathtaking!
