Yes, when you look at the detailed filing from the Dr, you can tell that the leaders of MCIC could not get anything done, they continued to hire "consultants" to try to get cash to get the drug to trials, but after years and years of scams and selling share, getting the cash required to get the drugs to trials was impossible.

You are correct the only value here is the shell.....
