Toev's letter is completely outdated.

Possible, but if you go back to Toev's letter, he indicated that he would still has some affiliation with the company. Could that have changed since then? Possibly, but I haven't seen the info. Jammin' Java is still listed on the National Coffee distribution website.

To clarify, I AM NOT involved with JAMN. We distribute Jammin Java brand coffee, totally separate from JAMN

So based on the info you gave, my guess is that the Jammin Java that's available on Amazon is from Toev's company and JAMN has nothing to do with it.
