Finally, It has been confirmed that they have been putting the company strategy and plans together for over a year now, so all of your "distribution chain, customer service dept, etc etc" concerns are surely taken care of and will be announced accordingly

They shouldn't even be selling shares yet this makes no sense people work hard for there money and deserve better and looks like these flippers and shorts and management are the only ones making money here. Now it's been a year and they still haven't done the basics what does that sound like to you?
