True Story with what just happened to me with BRKK stock.

So I've been slowly accumulating shares of this. On TD Ameritrade I have about 30,000 shares. I called a broker to buy another 5k because they wouldn't go through online and they kept erroring out. I have my 30,000 shares at a limit sell of $5 per to protect them.

So I'm talking to this broker and I tell him I want to buy 5k more and it won't go through online. He goes ok. I've got a limit order set to buy 5k shares at .031. GTC. I agree and he says "OK looks like it's pending but it went through." I say hmmm ok thanks blah blah pleasantries and hang up. Like 15 minutes pass and I go to check on my now 35,000 shares. THE GUY CHANGED my high limit of $5 per to a sell at to .031 for ALL MY SHARES!! I have no idea how he bought the shares I wanted and then changed my pending limit sale at $5 per to .031. Luckily I caught it in time before they were all gone, but the 5k shares I just bought were sold already. JESUS. I called TD frantically and told them what just happened. They couldn't believe it. Had to refund me a day trade , put my 5k shares back in my account and credit me with a crazy huge commission fee that it took out. They game me 5 free trades for the trouble. GEEZ WTF
