Nothing wrong with a messy, soggy burger. Toasting the buns sometimes help delay the absorption of the liquid.

If you like KFC coleslaw you may want to try to easy, lazy person, way of preparing your own that is pretty close.

Jar of Marie Coleslaw dressing

Either chop up your cabbage, carrots, ect or buy the packaged, bagged store
prepared stuff. Mix together and let stand in the fridge for a few hours.

Not as good as homemade but good in a pinch.
