RD - with due respect, which media outlet, or congress, or a judge made a decision or declared that WAMU was a debacle done by FDIC, and which branch of Govt, judge, or even media forcing or overseeing to close out this debacle?

I agreed that seizure was wrong but unfortunately it has already been covered up - wheels of court decision are in motion to cleanup what is remaining, and no one is pursuing anything else about it. And I have lost a lot of money in original WAMU.
