OTCX appears to be protecting a SHORT position by FLIPPING large orders, directly to the ASK.

If he gets hit watch those shares go to ASK.

Not $$ making its short protection.

Each time he appears on the ASK we buy them and make him refill new shares from someone else.

He's running out of shares but we aren't running out of $ to stop him...
