While it's a fact that Jammin' Java coffee is still for sale (esp on Amazon), it was Toev's who originally revealed the updated packaging while he was still with JAMN...it may be that the coffee still for sale was produced and packaged by Toev's. Since Toev's left JAMN shortly after the reveal, there's a good chance that any coffee for sale now is over a year old and that Chris Plant has NEVER produced any...and another good chance that Chris Plant may never produce additional inventory. With no news in over a year, the inventory and revenue produced from online sales could be virtually nonexistent.
