Par for the course here with PMPG and pretty much the same thing that happened when PMPG issued the PR back in February of 2017 announcing that PMPG had "closed" the acquisition of Satic, but now we know that never happened, and PMPG has since acknowledged that in a filing earlier this year, essentially admitting the prior year's PR in 2/17 was totally bogus. Serious credibility issues here and a horrible track record in terms of honesty and transparency with shareholders. Nothing has ever come to fruition here for VHMC/PMPG over the past 4 years and 2 months. Right now it is hard to see how anyone can believe anything here.
